High energy and fun independant gym session including Functional Fitness, Plyomentrics, & HIIT . Instructors will be on hand for your assistance and help if needed.

All FITNESS LEVELS are welcome...and in this busy class we utilise all Areas of our gym including Main Gym, Strength & Conditioning Studio and New Outside Area.


COVID 19

You will need to sanitise your hands on entering and leaving the gym (Various Hand sanitising stations will be placed around the gym). You will need a drink ! you can purchase this on arrival or bring one with you. Access to the gym will be a couple of minutes before the class, Please come gym ready & bring a clean towel. Social distancing MUST be observed while waiting for your class and at ALL other times.
