We have 3 Bootcamps per week, every one will push you no matter what fitness level you are, we focus on cardio, plyometrics, strength and conditioning. All classes need to be booked, please ensure you are fit and well. Bring your towel & drink plus all your own equipment.

We welcome BEGINNERS, INTERMEDIATE & ADVANCED
All our coaches are DBS checked and fully qualified. We are governed by England Boxing, BBBofC on the boxing side and by ISKA on the Kickboxing. Our coaches are also fully trained and qualified in Functional Fitness, Olympic Lifting, Competition Kettle Bells, Bulgarian Bags and Trigger Point Therapy. We love to pass all our knowledge on to the clients and students to help them achieve their goals in a fun and safe environment.
