All our coaches are DBS checked and fully qualified. We are governed by England Boxing, BBBoC on the boxing side and by ISKA on the Kickboxing. Our coaches are also fully trained and qualified in Functional Fitness, Olympic Lifting, Competition Kettle Bells, Bulgarian Bags. We love to pass all our knowledge on to the clients and students to help them achieve their goals in a fun and safe environment.

Suggys Gym is famous for teaching kickboxing and has unrivalled success & renowned all over the world. With over 100 champions in Full Contact, K-1, Muay Thai & Boxing striking is Suggys Gym speciality. 

We famously start them of at the young age of 5 and also offer a full grading syllabus covering 15 belts. Three Classes a week are  included in this popular membership.

England Boxing doesn't allow children under 10 to train, BUT when they are ready and keen we think the should be able to join in a class. This is the membership for them if they just want to box.

We are the only gym in town which is used and recommended by Newark Family of Schools who we work with both in school and also at our centre with all children. We specialise working with children with special needs and have a track record of success of helping with attendance, attitude and academic aspect.

Our very popular Boxing Membership includes 3 boxing classes plus 3 Bootcamps per week, with this membership you will be ready technically and physically.

We have 6 fully qualified Boxing coaches. In these classes you will learn how to Box and also get fit in a fun safe environment. We pride ourselves on instilling discipline, respect and good behaviour.

All our coaches are DBS checked and have attended England Boxing Safe Guarding course.

Our coaches are also fully trained and qualified in Functional Fitness, Olympic Lifting, Competition Kettle Bells, Bulgarian Bags.

THE ORIGINAL & BEST BOOTCAMP in TOWN...

We have 3 Bootcamps per week, every one will push you  no matter what fitness level you are, we focus on cardio, plyometrics, strength and conditioning. All classes need to be booked, please ensure you are fit and well. Bring your towel & drink plus all your own equipment. 

YOU DON'T NEED TO BE FIT TO DO THIS CLASS !!! Leave that to us, just turn up

We welcome BEGINNERS, INTERMEDIATE & ADVANCED

Our coaches are also fully trained and qualified in Functional Fitness, Olympic Lifting, Competition Kettle Bells, Bulgarian Bags and Trigger Point Therapy. We love to pass all our knowledge on to the clients and students to help them achieve their goals in a fun and safe environment.

This allows you to book and pay as you go for individual classes. It also includes your Kickboxing License Fee (where applicable)And a consultation to get you on your way whether you are joining our Amazing classes or wanting to train with one of our World Class Trainers. Whilst you need to register using this membership Personal Training has to be booked direct with your Personal Trainer.

Our 6 week beginners course is a great way to learn some self defence and get fitter. Whether you have never done any Kickboxing before or you want to fine tune your technique this is the class for you. A fun and energetic class.

As well as your 6 week course you also get a years pay as you go and pt membership worth £20, this is essential for when your course has finished to give you access to book and pay for our other classes online.
